Who we are

Nemory AG, Zürich, Switzerland, is responsible for this website. The website is a static publication and stores no member data.

What this website collects

If you request an introduction, we receive your name, email address, the purpose you select and your message. The request passes through Cloudflare and is delivered by email through Resend (EU region); the website itself stores nothing. We use your details only to answer you, and delete them after twelve months if no membership follows.

Analytics

We use privacy-first analytics without cookies and without personal profiles. No advertising trackers are used.

Member archives

Member archives are kept on Swiss infrastructure under separate terms and a separate privacy agreement, signed before any material is collected.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time.
